SUGGESTIONS FOR PCB/PM:

●Foremost important & immediate step to be taken by PCB is, to scrape their Central Contracts across the board.

●All central contracts must be revised upward/downward at the conclusion of every series to judge their performances minutely and realistically.

●A&B categories of Central Contracts be allocated on annual basis to players achieving set KPIs at home and abroad thru year.
