We have very unfortunate history of criminal cases where, wealthy accused succeeded getting relief or eviction under Qisas or by exerting extensive social influence on grieved families. 

Cases wherein accused are resourceful or influential: here usually, weak, porous and faulty FIRs are lodged by police against heavy monetary attractions, Noor Muqaddam is a past example while Karachi KARSAZ CASE HAS SHAKEN THE SOCIETY WHEREIN ACCUSED LADY KILLING 5 HAS BEEN DECLARED A PSYCHO.

Then comes Pakistan's judicial system, standing in the row of last 10 of 140 nations globally, where justice has alwsys been denied by way of delayed justice.
